The Law Offices of Steven M. Werner, P.C. takes its name from its founder, Steven M. Werner. I have dedicated my life to helping people through the practice of law having spent more than thirty-six years as a trial and appellate lawyer and judge. During that time, I have concentrated on four principal areas of legal practice: criminal law, family law, employment law and military law.

My most important goals are to aggressively achieve successful results at a reasonable cost for my clients.

I believe the best way to accomplish those goals is through hard work, thorough legal research, absolute candor in my dealings with clients, opposing counsel and judges, and a compassionate understanding of the stresses faced by clients involved in any legal proceeding. I have established policies designed to enable me and my staff to achieve those goals. You the client, will always know what is happening in your case as I promptly let you know its status as things develop and promptly return all telephone calls.

Although I normally bill by the hour, flat rates are also available in appropriate cases. Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) is acceptable.
